I’m an experienced, accredited counsellor and psychotherapist offering therapy for adults in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, and online. I specialise in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy), integrating ACT, NLP, and other approaches.

I believe that we all have the capacity for good mental health, but life’s experiences have caused us to develop protective mechanisms that can get in the way. With gentle questioning, an abundance of tools and techniques, and extensive experience, we can work together to meet your goals.

I work with people who want to make sense of what they’re feeling, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and move towards meaningful, lasting change. Whatever you are struggling with, maybe anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, unwanted emotional overwhelm or a difficult situation, therapy offers a space to feel heard and supported — and to find new ways forward.

Professional background

After many years working in senior roles within charities and social enterprises, I retrained as a counsellor and psychotherapist to follow a long-held personal interest in mental health and human behaviour.

My previous counselling work includes roles with Carers Trust (Heart of England) and Coventry & Warwickshire Mind. I work solely with adults and offer sessions in-person at therapy rooms in Leamington Spa, or remotely by phone or video across Warwickshire and beyond.
