About me
Mary Paterson
BSc (Hons), MSc, FDSc, MBACP, MIBWRT (reg.)
I specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a type of counselling that has been shown to help most psychological problems, and BWRT.
We are all unique but we all have the capacity for change. I love helping clients to understand themselves, and how they can think and do things differently, in order to feel better and make the most of their lives.
As all counsellors should, I have regular supervision and carry out continuous professional development (CPD).
I also counsel for Carers Trust (Heart of England) and previously for Coventry & Warwickshire Mind.
I work solely with adults.
