I use principles and techniques from CBT to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and to discover new ways of being. Using NLP, I can help you access the resources you already have, to facilitate change and growth. I can also use Rewind Therapy, a simple and effective exercise that takes the trauma out of traumatic events. And it's not too good to be true!
