BWRT Therapy in Leamington Spa and Online

A modern therapeutic approach for anxiety, trauma and unwanted patterns

BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) is a powerful, modern therapy that works quickly and effectively with the brain’s automatic responses. Unlike traditional talking therapies, BWRT doesn't require you to relive painful memories — instead, it helps you change how you react to situations by working directly with the part of the brain responsible for automatic emotional and behavioural patterns.

I am a qualified Advanced BWRT Practitioner and member of The International BWRT Institute.

"BWRT® stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI.

It’s a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state.

It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific - it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code.

How BWRT works

BWRT operates at the neurological level — where our brains store automatic reactions like fear, panic, or shame. Sometimes these reactions are triggered even when we logically know there’s no danger. BWRT interrupts this process and  installs a new, more helpful emotional response, that you choose, instead.

You won’t need to share personal details if you don’t want to. You simply bring to mind the issue you want to change and how you’d prefer to feel — that’s all the brain needs to begin a different pattern.

Client results

BWRT seemed too good to be true — but I’ve seen real improvements. My house is clearer, I’ve restarted yoga, and I feel motivated again. I’m not reacting with rage anymore

This year, the anniversary of my mother’s passing felt like a normal day — something I never thought possible.

A phobia I carried since childhood has completely gone. So has the fear of that type of animal.

Your sessions helped me fly to the Caribbean. There was a complete shift in my thinking. I enjoyed the flight and I’m optimistic for the return.
